Cancellation policy and penalties
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the outing, without paying any penalty. And receive a 100% refund!
If you cancel, instead, the very same day of the activity, the activity fee must be paid in full.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, e.g. gale-force wind, heavy rain, lightning, the excursion will be cancelled and, if possible, it will be rescheduled by mutual agreement between the parties. If the excursion is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled, no penalty will be charged to the client.
The client cannot take action against Real Venetian Kayak if the excursion is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions.
